Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how we pack and ship your research compounds.

$15 Flat Rate

One flat shipping rate on every order, regardless of size or number of vials.

12–24hr Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 12–24 hours of confirmed payment, Monday through Friday.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain packaging labeled as laboratory research materials. No branding on exterior.

Shipping Details

Carrier: USPS Priority Mail (standard). Estimated delivery 2–3 business days after dispatch for domestic orders.

Dispatch Schedule: Orders confirmed Monday–Friday are dispatched within 12–24 hours. Orders confirmed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday.

Tracking: A USPS tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. You can also check your order status on our Orders page.

Domestic vs. International

We primarily ship within the United States. International orders may be available on a case-by-case basis — please contact support@yourdomain.com before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping cost to your country.

Packaging

  • All vials are individually wrapped and padded to prevent breakage during transit.
  • Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature and require no cold chain during shipping.
  • Exterior labeling describes contents as "laboratory research materials."
  • No Raven Research branding on the outside of the shipping box.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we generally do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship.

  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will reship at no cost.
  • Wrong item shipped: We will reship the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid label for return of the incorrect item.
  • Purity dispute: If you have reason to believe a compound does not meet our ≥99% purity standard, contact support with your lot number and we will provide lot-specific CoA or arrange for independent testing.

Refunds are issued at our discretion for verified quality issues. We do not refund for buyer's remorse, change in research needs, or customs issues on international orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS facility first. Contact our support team if the issue is not resolved within 5 business days and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
